We were offered family king room complete with kitchen, private bathrooms, for example. This location was particularly good, adjacent to pubs & restaurants, a large cathedral, and the square.

The room at Hotel Melissa was clean and comfortable, with a big bed and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The Basilica across the road ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. Despite some minor flaws, such as a crack in the fridge and a gouge in the wall, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was generous. Although Peruwelz is a bit run down in places, the hotel is being updated and offers good value for money. The public parking right in front of the hotel was convenient, although spaces were not reserved for guests. Despite these small drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a satisfying stay.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Melissa for one night while traveling. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Originally, our reservation was for a single room for four people, but they upgraded us to two separate rooms at no extra charge. The breakfast hours were very flexible, which was perfect for us as we needed to have breakfast early. The 24-hour front desk was a great convenience as well. The rooms were clean, equipped with a kettle, tea, and coffee. it was a good value for money and we would definitely go back.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Clean room, helpful receptionist, hot water, tea/coffee in room, good value for money. Radiator fixed the cold room and a thicker blanket provided. Friendly staff, offered separate rooms for same price. Flexible breakfast hours. Cheap with a touch of nostalgia, clean but peeling paint. Gothic basilica and border nearby. Big bed, complimentary tea/coffee, silence at night, effective blackout curtains, large window.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the hotel seemed quite run-down and could definitely benefit from some renovations.
